1. Acceptance
By creating an account or submitting a complaint, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. What GCIN is
GCIN is a consumer-protection and consumer-economy intelligence platform. It is not a regulator. Complaints are routed for review; final action rests with the relevant authority (FDA, BoG, NCA, PURC, GSA, etc.).
3. Your obligations
You will submit truthful information, will not impersonate others, and will not upload unlawful or harmful content. Misuse may result in suspension and referral to authorities.
4. Intelligence outputs
The five GCIF indices and the NCES composite, AI-generated briefs, and methodology documents are provided for information only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
5. Intellectual property
The GCIF framework, methodology, brand, and code are © GCIN. You may quote and cite the indices with attribution. Redistribution of the underlying database requires written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GCIN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra.
